I am proud to announce that after a longer delay than originally anticipated, the book is finally available!!
It was released to the major platforms worldwide last night (January 25th, 2018), and currently it is available at the following websites:

The print version takes a little longer, and I anticipate it being available worldwide sometime next week.
I have updated the website to the current status, and more will follow as it populates the various platforms.
I know a lot of you have been waiting a long time for this, and I apologize for the delay.
It is a very complex book, and I hope you find it as useful as the other books in this series.
I would be very grateful for a small review once you have received it and evaluated it. This helps me out a lot and shows others who may be interested how useful it may be to them.
